Where Nova is different

Nova matches Lovable Cloud on the thing that matters most — your app gets a real Postgres database automatically, with no signup and no keys — and then differs in three ways. First, privacy is the default rather than a task: give a table a user_id column and Nova restricts every read and write on it to the signed-in user, enforced on our servers and inferred from your schema. On Lovable that is Supabase row-level security, which works well but which you have to write, and an app ships insecure by omission if you forget. Second, the database is yours to leave with: Nova Cloud is plain Postgres you can export or repoint at any time, where Lovable's sits inside Lovable's own Supabase account and leaving is a migration project. Third, the whole product — not just the generated copy — works in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic, Urdu and Vietnamese with full right-to-left support, is priced for emerging markets, and runs every build through a multi-agent review loop that catches and fixes its own errors before you see them.
