How is commission calculated?+
You start at 10% of the gross order amount (excluding tax) on every paid eSIM purchased through your link. As your lifetime sales grow, tiers increase your rate up to 20% on future sales. Commission locks after the 14-day refund window and pays monthly.
When and how do I get paid?+
On the 5th of every month, for any locked balance over $50. Stripe Connect is recommended: Stripe verifies your ID once and payouts go directly to your bank. Manual bank deposit is available where supported; smaller balances roll forward.
What is the cookie window?+
30 days, first-touch. If a visitor clicks your link and buys within 30 days — even from another device with the same email — you get full credit for the sale.
How do I claim free creator eSIMs?+
Request a destination from your affiliate dashboard, choose travel start/end dates, and submit the post URL inside that trip window. Requests are approved for destinations worldwide, one active request per country.
Can I run paid ads to my GoRoam eSIM link?+
Yes — Google, Meta, TikTok and YouTube ads are all welcome, except direct keyword bidding on the GoRoam eSIM brand name or trademark variants. If you want brand-name approval for review or comparison content, email partners@goroam.now and we can whitelist you.
