A six-day yoga & quiet-living retreat at a 14th-century farmhouse in southern Tuscany. Twice-daily practice. Slow meals. Long afternoons. Fourteen guests, no more.
The retreat is for those who would like to rest, properly, for six days in southern Tuscany — and who would not be unhappy about taking that rest in the company of thirteen other people who would like the same.
We will sit together. We will eat together. We will, in the late afternoon, walk slowly to the village together. The rest will be largely up to you.

Marina Vogel and Anna Russo have been teaching yoga together for fourteen years and running Long Light Retreats since 2018. They split their time between Brooklyn and Tuscany, and they have run this retreat — in this farmhouse — every September since 2019.
Marina trained in Mysore, India and has been teaching for sixteen years. Anna trained at the Iyengar Institute and has been teaching for twelve. Together they have run forty-two retreats. The fourteen guests of this cohort will be their forty-third.
I have been on twelve retreats. Long Light is the only one I have repeated. I have now done it four years in a row, and I am, today, on a plane home to plan my fifth.
Six seats remain of fourteen. Early-bird pricing closes June 30. Full refund up to 60 days out, 50% refund up to 30 days out.
